MCP-1 a new marker of risk and therapeutic target?

La MCP-1 s’est révélée comme un bon marqueur indépendant du pronostic après un accident coronarien, en complément de la CRP et du BNP.
Son dosage permettrait d’identifier les sujets à risque de récidive et donc de les traiter plus agressivement par statines.
La MCP-1 pourrait être une nouvelle cible thérapeutique.
